The speaker will share Taikang Group's organizational and human resource management transformations in the AI era, along with Taikang's management innovation and practices under these challenges and opportunities.

Speaker Introduction:

Miao Li, Ph.D., Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Taikang Insurance Group, has extensive experience and deep research in corporatedigital transformation and digital leadership. Published papers in journals including Insurance Studies, Wuhan University Journal (Philosophy & Social Sciences Edition). Dr. Miao Li has 7 years teaching experience at universities, many years working in large banks and financial insurance companies, served in mid-to-high-level management positions across various branches, business units, front-middle-back office roles. Led multiple large strategic management and human resource transformation projects, including corporate governance structure reform, group upgrade projects, human resource digital transformation, employee stock ownership plans.
